It depends on what you ordered. Dog accessories usually reach you 10 to 14 days after your order. Organic food and treats ship from Switzerland and normally arrive within 2 to 3 business days. The handmade treats from Lugano are baked only after you order and take 5 to 7 business days. You will find the details in our shipping policy. As soon as your parcel is on its way, we send you an email with the tracking number. If nothing has arrived after 21 days, please reach out directly to us via contact form.
