Shipping policy

PROCESSING TIMES
Your order will be processed within 24 hours once payment has been received and cleared. Processing of orders can occasionally take longer if there is a high volume of orders per day.

SHIPPING TIMES
Shipping times can vary depending on location. Typically, shipping takes between 3 and 19 days after your order has been processed. We do not keep all products in stock, and some products are shipped directly from our suppliers.

Due to high demand, order volume, or third-party dependencies (e.g., suppliers), there may be rare cases where orders exceed the maximum delivery time. However, we strive to ensure that your order arrives as quickly as possible.

SHIPPING COSTS
We generally offer free shipping. For certain product categories (e.g., pet food), additional shipping costs may apply, which are visible at checkout. We use reputable shipping companies (Swiss Post, DHL, UPC, etc.) to ensure your order arrives quickly and safely.

OTHER INFORMATION
Our suppliers have warehouses in Switzerland, throughout Europe, and in Asia. Depending on your location, your order will be shipped from one of these warehouses. We do our best to ship from the warehouse closest to you. It may happen that products are shipped separately, resulting in multiple packages.

Orders can only be shipped to one address. If you want to ship to multiple addresses, you must place a separate order for each address.
