Refund policy

 

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 30 days of receiving the goods. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it - unworn or unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging (for pet food, only unopened packaging and whole units are accepted). You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, simply go to our contact page or send us an email at info@vicoshundewelt.ch describing the exact issue, so that we can begin the return/refund process. Exercising the right of withdrawal converts the purchase contract into a restitution relationship, under which the goods and services received under the purchase contract must be returned by the consumer.

The customer must return the goods received, together with the original packaging, within 30 days of declaring withdrawal, to the following address:

The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer. In the event of an incorrect delivery on our part, incorrect information in the online shop, receipt of a defective item, or receipt of an incomplete product, we will cover the return shipping costs. In such cases, please send us clear photos/videos so that we can verify this in advance.

Once the goods have been received and inspected, the full purchase price will either be refunded or issued as a credit in the form of a voucher, according to the customer's preference. Payments made by credit card, PayPal, TWINT, PostFinance and PostCard will be credited directly. For all other payment methods, please provide your bank details. If the goods have not yet been paid for, the customer will receive an adjusted invoice by email or post.

Returns of incomplete or damaged items, as well as items with damaged original packaging, will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. The return shipping costs of at least CHF 7.00 will be charged to the customer, together with a processing fee of CHF 12.00.

In the case of unannounced returns, returns without a stated reason, or returns not sent to the address above, the inspection of the products and the refund of the value of the goods may be considerably delayed. In such cases we reserve the right to charge an additional processing fee of CHF 12.00.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically be refunded via your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

RETENTION OF TITLE

The delivered goods remain our property until payment has been made in full.
