Refund policy
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS
You have the right to withdraw your contract declaration within 14 days after receiving the goods. In order to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging (for pet food, only unopened packages and whole units will be accepted). Additionally, you will need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, simply visit our contact page or send us an email at info@vicoshundewelt.ch and let us know the exact issue so that we can begin the return/refund process. Exercising the right of withdrawal will convert the purchase contract into a reverse transaction, whereby the consumer must refund the services received under the purchase contract.
The customer must return the received goods with the original packaging to the following address within 30 days after declaring the withdrawal:

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. In the event of a misdelivery on our part, incorrect information on the online shop, receipt of a defective item, or receipt of an incomplete product, we will cover the return costs. Please send us precise pictures/videos so that we can verify this in advance.
After receiving and inspecting the goods, the purchase price or a portion of the purchase price, minus the shipping costs incurred by us and a processing fee according to the payment method, will be refunded to the customer's desired method or a credit note in the form of a voucher will be issued. Payments made by credit card, Paypal, Twint, Postfinance, and PostCard will be credited directly. For other payment methods, please provide your bank details. If the goods have not yet been paid for, the customer will receive an adjusted invoice by email or mail.
Returns of incomplete or damaged items, as well as items with damaged original packaging, will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer. The customer will be charged the return shipping costs of at least CHF 7.-, including a handling fee of CHF 12.-.
In the case of unannounced returns, returns without stating a reason, or returns that were not sent to the above address, the examination of the products and refund of the value of the goods may be significantly delayed. In such cases, we reserve the right to charge an additional handling fee of CHF 12.-.
Promotional items with a discount of 30% or more are excluded from the right of return.
REFUND
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and inform you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund via your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
RETENTION OF TITLE
The delivered goods remain our property until full payment is made.
